My sons recon has a slip on hmf pipe with a k&n filter I was told by hmf employer to go with the 105 jet and the bike backfires quite a bit so I went with the 110 still same issue I checked the spark plug it is white So I know it is burning lean so I am up to suggestions as what to do at this point does it need a bigger jet and if so do yall have bigger than a 110 jet View answer

Hi,Similar question has been asked but answer is not clear to me, so:I have EU region CB650R 2021, restricted to 35kw (70kw full power). If I were to flash any of the tunes PV3 provides, would I be using full 70kw of power or more?In other words, would flashing any of the PV3 tunes de-restrict the ECU?
