Hi,Similar question has been asked but answer is not clear to me, so:I have EU region CB650R 2021, restricted to 35kw (70kw full power). If I were to flash any of the tunes PV3 provides, would I be using full 70kw of power or more?In other words, would flashing any of the PV3 tunes de-restrict the ECU? I understand that PV3 is a flash tuning device that puts a tune to the ECU to correct the fuel and ignition tables, adjust DBW settings, lower fan temp, raise the speed limiter and REV limiter, but I need clearer answer, please.Would there also be any issues with Honda's immobilizer, aka H.I.S.S?Thank you View answer

Bought an Ultra Limited in California but I live in Florida and it will be registered here. 1-I am pretty sure any tuner will void the engine's warranty, correct? Anything else it will void? 2-Can I buy your tuner and tune it here? I have a Arlen Ness round intake 5 & 3/4" at the end and about 7" at the base. Rinehart 4" slip ons, measured at the outer diameter of the pipe. The dealer in Ca. told me they couldn't tune it because of regulations , but that the stock tuner would compensate.
