This is a bit more technical ..... I have the pv3 kit i bought for my 2011 XL883L which is a 4 pin connector cable Po# PV3 15 01. I recently bought a 2020 XL1200ns. which uses the 6 pin connector cable Po# PV3 15 02... the head units look the same between the 2 kits... couldn't i just buy the 6 pin communication cable and an extra tune license and reuse the head unit i already have for my 2020? or are the head units different software? I have a 2005 Harley-Davidson Road King and having some issues with the Power Commander 6. I installed the slip on and intake map and connected it to the bike.
